When Marina is faced with the unthinkable- a roach in her kitchen- she has a perfectly normal reaction. Full disclosure: I wrote this play at my kitchen table at one in the morning, staring at a roach on my countertop across from me that I was too afraid to kill. It is the first time I've included a rap in one of my plays. A roach rap. A roachp?
